• Or is it Ireland?...

I’m confused… A few days ago I was dreaming of flying to Thailand. Now it can turn out to be Ireland, instead.

Thailand, Ireland… Perhaps this is just me wandering too much. Or maybe a sign. I’m pretty sure my destiny must be a country who’s name ends with “~land”.

This world is full of beautiful places to live. Even the one one is currently living in can be wonderful. If one can watch it every single new day on a different perspective.

On the other hand, one can get also fed up of living always in some paradise land. There must not be any perfect places, anywhere, to live for an entire lifetime.

So, in my humble opinion, one has to choose at least two favorite earthly paradises to settle down. Not just one. And escape from one to the other, from time to time or every once in a while, every time one feels like in need of a change of air.

A long time ago on an almost forgotten post in this blog I wrote this sentence:

"As soon as possible one should
make friendship with an eskimo" *.

In chemistry the molecules that have the strongest bonds between their individual atoms are the ones that are formed between atoms of elements that are placed as far as possible from each other on opposite sides of the periodic table. Like NaCl, sodium chloride. Or more commonly known, salt.

So it can also be the case with us, humans. The more different from each other a man and a woman can turn out to be, the more their marriage has this potential to work out for the best. To be a successful and lasting union.

On such a marriage each member of the couple will have to be always adapting to the other. Always questioning his or her own values, long time ago acquired in their lives. And that will keep their minds more and more open by the years.

In this process both man and woman will get together spiritually richer.
